After an initial consultation our technicians perform a thorough & extensive inspection and create a unique and custom strategy of action which will address each individual case from both a preventative as well as curative standpoint.

We provide a 60 day standard warranty on all of our standard insect & rodent treatments. In other cases we will issue a custom warranty with respect to each contract in relationship to the inclusions, exclusions, or add-on services that are requested. Following each warranty period we offer a 30-day period of eligibility that allows clients to continue their services at our reduced rates under our maintenance programs.

Our standard maintenance service options are monthly or quarterly. (3 months)

Emergency and follow-up services are available upon request.

Additional offerings & add ons:

We also offer physical exclusions & seals which can be added to any treatment in order to further fortify your home or business, and prevent reintroductions, which will lengthen the warranty period.  This is especially helpful in cases of a shared wall in apartments, condos, and in multi-unit dwellings or offices.

*Other pests include but are not limited to; fleas, moths, carpet beetles, silverfish, mites, & bed bugs, which will also have warranty options which will be a part of each consultation.
